Key Features
1.Go to Point of Sale → Configuration → POS Settings and Enable Enable Flat/Fix Discount.
2.The Flat Discount button is always visible on the POS screen when the feature is enabled. If no product is added or no product line is selected, the button remains disabled and cannot be clicked.
3.Once a product is added and a product line is selected, the button becomes active and users can apply the fixed discount.
4. Click the Flat Discount button to open the number popup.
5.Enter the fixed discount amount in the popup.
6.The fixed discount is applied to the selected order line.
7.Subtotal, taxes, and total amounts are recalculated instantly.
8.Both percentage and fixed discounts can be applied together on the same order line.
